Customers are well aware of our ability to produce innovation and are always attentive to the news that we include in our catalog.
Today we are assembling a new CAD-type bench for dental technicians with very particular characteristics because when it is closed everything disappears: the computers and drawers form a unique block of its kind.
The architects of Iride International have succeeded in creating a monobloc with 5 CAD workstations with generous dimensions (3880 x 1300 mm) which “disappears” completely when it is put to rest.
The auxiliary drawers are 50 cm long while the working ones (in front of the operator) measure 64 cm. All the openings are of the retractable PUSH type and with the upper part that lowers to facilitate the position of the arms.
This project is not just a design aspect since once closed, the computers and keyboards are protected from dust because they remain inside their dedicated housing which can only be accessed by removing a magnetic panel (very easy operation to perform) in case of maintenance. Only the monitors remain outside, fixed on the top.
The PCs are turned on and their USB ports accessed via the control panel of the cabinet itself, making it easier for the operator to work, as he does not have to stoop to reach the computer panel whenever he needs it.
Even if the workstations are of the CAD type for software development work, an air syringe has been inserted in the drawer for blowing and cleaning the machined parts.
The result is an impressive piece of furniture that makes the workplace very tidy and facilitates operation.
Also this project derives from a particular request of one of our customers whose needs we have listened to and found the best solution both in terms of technical and financial commitment.
Once again we have overcome a great challenge.
