In designing the model FLY, our RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT office also thought about the longevity of the mechanisms.
First of all, aluminum was chosen as the main material which notoriously has an excellent yield over time.

Furthermore, the structure of the FLY lamps does not use any hydraulic or spring pistons, but it is the same system that SELF-BALANCES itself, with a series of counterweights and allows the arms to always remain in the desired position.

This means that there is no need for maintenance of the moving parts because they are not subject to wear (or in any case negligible) over time.

✅ AN ARTISAN PRODUCT

Another quality, much appreciated by our customers, lies in the fact that the FLY lamp is handcrafted: first the mechanical arms are cut (from an aluminum plate), then assembled entirely by the expert hands of our technicians.

All the lamps are tested "one by one", both in the electrical part (functioning of the LEDs) and in the mechanical one (the fluidity of the movements is tested) and aesthetics (irregularity of the surfaces and colour).
